In this Iran tour, you will delve deeper into the healthy lifestyle of traditional Persians. You get familiar with Persian Traditional Medicine and Humorism. You continue your journey to visit the magical architecture of the underground city and historical houses. Moreover, you will make the most of hydrotherapy in natural springs and taste firsthand food and beverages. This tour is also an Iran Classic tour because, in the following, you will put your footsteps in some of the most impressive sites in Isfahan, Yazd, and Shiraz and learn about the ancient Persian health style and the most magnificent architectural treasures from the Elamites to the Sassanians via the Achaemenes. You will also experience one of the most enjoyable adventures in your trip in the desert and stay one night at hand-dug dwellings in Meymand, as of the primary habitats of man in Iran with approximately 2-3 thousand years ago. Important Hints


– In special conditions, the accommodations can be changed to similar alternatives.
– Hotel check-in time generally is at 2:00 PM. So, according to your arrival time, if you need early check-in you must book an extra day.
– The price includes double and twin rooms in Hotels. Obviously, single rooms cost an extra fee.
– Private or single rooms are not available in the traditional guesthouse. No Bed, but sleeping equipment is traditional comfortable Mattresses and Blankets.

Landing to Persia (Tehran)

Welcome to Iran. To be met by your tour guide at the airport (IKA airport), you will be transferred to your hotel.

On our first day of the tour, we will visit a workshop on Traditional Medicine (4-5 hours). Then Humorism, Prescribing food programs and guidelines based on tourists’ Humorism. After having lunch, we visit the Carpet Museum. And finish the day by Having local food for dinner.

In the morning, we visit Medicinal Herbs and Traditional Medicine Exhibition. Have lunch and then visit the National Jewelry Museum (which is only open from Saturday to Tuesday and from 14 to 16:30. That means if times allow us, we visit this magnificent treasury) and National Museum of Iran. Then we’ll have local food for dinner.
* On the date that the exhibition not to be held, the visit of the Tehran great Bazaar will be in the itinerary.

Tehran – Kashan

In the morning, we will leave Tehran to Kashan. On our way, we will visit Ouyi underground city to discover the magical architecture of Nushabad underground city (dated back to the Sassanid era.). Then we drive to Kashan and visit historical houses like Tabatabaee, and Borujerdi. Then we visit the beautiful Fin Persian Garden*, one of the historical Persian gardens. For lunch and dinner, we will have local food.

Kashan – Niasar – Mahallat

In the morning, we will visit a distillery garden and enjoy firsthand herbal distillate like rosewater and other beverages in Niasar. Then on our way to Mahallat, we visit Chal-e-Nakhjir Cave and walk hundreds of meter underground with 70 million years old history. And finally, in Mahallat we experience hydrotherapy in Mahallat hot springs.
* During May, We will visit Rose garden and the presses of preparing Rose perfume.

Mahallat – Isfahan

In the morning, we will leave Mahallat for Isfahan. In Isfahan, we visit a tradition Zurkhane** (Ali Gholi Agha) and getting familiar with the traditional system of athletics (Varzesh-e Pahlavāni). Then we go to Naghashi’s traditional bathroom and get familiar with the traditional way of washing, massaging and debating. Then in the afternoon, we spend time strolling along Zayandeh River Bridges and Si-o-Se-Pol Bridge. And for dinner, we have local food for dinner.

Isfahan – Yazd

In the morning, after having breakfast, we visit Naghsh-e Jahan Square*, Shah Mosque*,  Lotfollah Mosque* and Aliqapoo Palace*. Then in the evening, we will drive to Yazd.

Yazd – Ardakan – Meybod – Yazd

In an early morning, we will drive to Ardakan to visit Ardakan Qanat** and experience gently to slope underground water channels. Then we drive to Meybod to get amazed by the pottery art. We have lunch in Shah Abbasi Caravanserai. Then we come back to Yazd to stroll in old town lanes** in Fahadan Neighborhood. After that, we visit Dowlat Abad Persian Garden* and learn about the technique of wood-work, qanat, and windcatcher as the tallest old wind catcher in the world. Then for dinner, we have local food.

Yazd – Taft – Yazd

In the morning we drive to Taft, to be welcomed in a Zoroastrian way, getting familiar with this authentic religion and beliefs that remain alive. Then we have lunch at Nartitee. After lunch, we walk and get relaxed in the pomegranate garden, then we bake local bread called Sirog. After that, we drive back to Yazd.

Yazd – Kerman

After having breakfast, we drive to Kerman. On our way, we visit the pistachio garden in Rafsanjan. Then we have a local lunch in Kerman. After having lunch, we visit the Ganjalikhan complex including Hammam, water cistern, caravanserai & Bazaar. Then we finish the day by having local food for dinner.
