Itinerary

Welcome to Iran. To be met by your tour guide at the airport (IKA airport), you will be transferred to your hotel. Supposing you arrive in the morning, after lunch we will visit the Niavaran Palace, built by Qajar and Pahlavi monarchs. In the evening we take a walk on the Nature Bridge. Nature bridge is located in Ab-o-Atash Park in Tehran. It has won an international prize for architectural design. The reason it is named nature bridge is that it connects 3 parks and it is one of the most popular parks in Tehran.

O/N Tehran

We start our city tour by visiting the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Golestan Palace, part of a complex of royal buildings that were once enclosed within the mud-thatched walls of Tehran’s historic arg, or citadel along with Tehran’s Grand Bazaar. Then, after having lunch we will visit Iran National Museum with all its amazing remains of ancient and historical Iran. In the late afternoon, we can spend some time on 30th Tir Street surrounded by all the street food trucks among locals.

O/N Tehran

In the morning, we will leave Tehran for Kashan. On our way, we will visit Ouyi Underground City to discover the magical architecture of Nushabad underground city (dated back to the Sassanid era). Then we drive to Kashan and visit historical houses like Tabatabaee, and Borujerdi. Then we visit the beautiful Fin Persian Garden, one of the historical Persian gardens. For lunch and dinner, we will have local food.

O/N Kashan

In the morning, we will visit a distillery garden and enjoy firsthand herbal distillate like rosewater and other beverages in Niasar. Then on our way to Mahallat, we visit Chal-e-Nakhjir Cave and walk hundreds of meters underground with 70 million years old history. And finally, in Mahallat we experience hydrotherapy in Mahallat hot springs.

O/N Mahallat

* During May, We will visit the Rose Garden and the presses of preparing Rose perfume.

In the morning, we will leave Mahallat for Isfahan. In Isfahan, we go to Khorasgan Naghashi’s Traditional Bathroom and get familiar with the traditional way of washing, massaging, and debating. Then we visit a traditional Zurkhane (Ali Gholi Agha) and get familiar with the traditional system of athletics (Varzesh-e Pahlavāni). in the afternoon, we spend time strolling along the Zayandeh River Bridges and Si-o-Se-Pol Bridge. And for dinner, we have local food for dinner.

O/N Isfahan

Today we have a half-city tour of Isfahan, exploring the most magnificent highlight of the city: Naghsh-e Jahan Historical SquareThe square is surrounded by four well-known attractions of  Shah Mosque, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Aliqapoo Palace, and the BazaarFinishing our discovery of Isfahan, we'll drive to Yazd in the afternoon.

O/N Yazd

In the early morning, we will drive to Ardakan to visit Ardakan Qanat and experience gently sloping underground water channels. Then we drive to Meybod to get amazed by the pottery art. We have lunch in Shah Abbasi Caravanserai. Then we come back to Yazd to stroll in old town lanes in Fahadan Neighborhood. After that, we visit Dowlat Abad Persian Garden and learn about the technique of woodwork, qanat, and windcatcher as the tallest old wind catcher in the world. Then for dinner, we have local food.

O/N Yazd

In the morning we visit the Fire Temple and its grounds in Yazd. Then drive to Taft, to be welcomed in a Zoroastrian way, getting familiar with this authentic religion and the beliefs that remain alive.  We visit the Tower of Silence, or Dakhma, where the bodies of the deceased were placed, to avoid contaminating the earth as a Zoroastrian funerary tradition and Then we have lunch at Nartitee. After lunch, we walk and get relaxed in the pomegranate garden and try some meditation techniques together then we bake local bread called Sirog. After that, we drive back to Yazd.

O/N Yazd

After having breakfast, we drive to Kerman. On our way, we visit a pistachio garden in Rafsanjan. Then we have a local lunch in Kerman. After having lunch, we visit Ganjalikhan Complex including Hammam, water cistern, caravanserai & Bazaar. Then we finish the day by having local food for dinner.

Today we get surprised in Lut Desert as the world’s 27th-largest desert and a UNESCO world heritage site, and experience one of the most enjoyable adventures in your trip. Visiting the amazing Kaluts of the desert and enjoying its silence and vastness.

Today we drive to Meymand, a UNESCO world heritage site. We experience stay-at-hand-dug dwellings, as of the primary habitats of man in Iran with approximately 2 – 3 thousand years of history, and feel the close relationship between life and nature.

Today, on the way to Shiraz, we visit the ancient historical monuments of PasargadaePersepolis, and Naqsh-e Rustam. First, we explore Pasargadae, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to see the impressive, elevated Tomb of Cyrus. Next, we head to Persepolis (Takht-é Jamshid), the heart of the Persian Empire and another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, we walk through a complex of palaces and temples, considered one of the architectural wonders of the world. Finally, we visit Naqsh-e Rustam, renowned for its rock reliefs and royal tombs.

O/N Shiraz

Today we explore the amazing city of Shiraz. We start by visiting Nasir-al Molk Mosque (aka Pink Mosque). Then continue by visiting Zolvanyari Carpet Company the only manufacturer of organic handmade carpets in the world and getting familiar with dyeing methods. Then we find enticing dining options between dazzling local food in Vakil Bathhouse. After having lunch, we visit Vakil Bazaar and the Zandiyeh Ensemble, and historical monuments like Karim Khan Castle.

O/N Shiraz

You will be transferred to Shiraz international airport to depart Iran and get back home.

Where to change somehow depends on the amount of money you’d like to exchange. If it’s a small amount you can change at the airport or your hotel after getting to Iran. But for larger amounts, we suggest exchanging at an exchange store in the city, while you are visiting the downtown with your guide. Your guide will also assist you in choosing the best place for doing the exchange.

All non-Iranian nationals older than 12 years, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and present a valid vaccine certificate on arrival. The vaccination certificate must be in English, showing full vaccination of 2 doses. However, there are no obligations regarding the date of the vaccination. Or they should present a negative PCR test.

Based on the group size or the road quality and the tour type, minibuses, vans or VIP buses will be used for the tour which are all private vehicles. All the vehicles are AC equipped and have the standard of EURO5 or EURO4.

Hotels are usually 4* or Traditional resorts with the same quality. Private or single rooms are not available in some traditional local houses. The basic price includes shared beds in double and twin rooms in hotels. Single rooms cost an extra fee.

Considering the locality and having an authentic experience, some traditional hotels or ecolodges do not have beds. But they all have sleeping equipment with comfortable mattresses and blankets.
