Yoga, a window to the nature of ourselves:
Are you going through a big transition or something stressful? Yoga is nature’s prescription to cultivate calm in your life. This, of course, will help you feel better. Yoga developed in India is a spiritual practice that has been done for 5,000 years or so. Dozens of studies have linked a regular yoga practice to stronger, more flexible muscles, a healthier heart and, a decrease in depression and anxiety. One of the beauties of the physical practice of yoga is that the poses support and sustain you no matter how old or young, or fit or frail, you come to your mat.
What is Eco-Yoga?
In our outdoor programs, we weave yoga and nature together in a way that dissolves the boundaries between them. We experience all the practices within the nurturing embrace of sunshine, wind, water, and earth. Eco-yoga is an opportunity for practitioners to better manage stress and reach moments of clarity. Eco-yoga is ideal for those who enjoy it but are looking to experience something deeper. Besides, it helps outdoor enthusiasts powerfully connect with nature. We invite companions.
